ONSITE INSTALLATION
We are able to carry out all onsite installations utilizing qualified installers Australia wide and overseas including final commissioning of equipment, building works and electrical/plumbing connections.

AFTER SALES SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
All Johndec products carry a 12-month warranty. The service division is committed to provide an after sales service that ensures trouble free operations on all our products and existing equipment.

Also supplied with all Johndec products are detailed and comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals, which maintenance staff can use to carry out servicing to all Johndec products. The operators will also find these manuals very useful for general operating instructions and care and use of equipment, to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your purchase.

DETAILED DIMENSIONAL DRAWINGS
Detailed dimensional drawings are available upon application on all the above listed products.

Also available detailed dimensional drawings showing general layout of complete system installation, usually supplied to interstate, overseas and remote located clients, who wish to employ their own sub-contractor to carry out the on-site installation.
